Returns: As Gigashield is a software-as-a-service product, we do not offer returns for physical goods. However, if you encounter any issues with the service, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription to Gigashield, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and following the instructions for cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Changes to Subscription: You may change your subscription plan at any time by logging into your account and selecting the new plan. The new plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Billing and Payment: You will be billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You must provide a valid payment method, such as a credit card, and keep it up to date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.
